Refund Policy

These are the Refund Policies of Drone Power Private Limited, a company operating under the laws of India.

At Drone Power, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund and service policy to understand our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

- No refund, only replacement is available on prepaid orders.
- Refund is allowed only when the stock is unavailable or the company fails to deliver the product at your location.

Upon product delivery, it is essential to conduct a thorough inspection. Please carefully examine the product for any physical damage or defects. Do not accept products showing signs of damage or defects.

If you encounter any issues, you have two options:

  • Refuse Delivery: Identify damage or defects during delivery and refuse the delivery.
  • Acceptance with Remarks: Accept delivery with remarks on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document regarding any damage, defects, or missing items.

Including remarks on the POD is crucial. Failure to do so may prevent Drone Power from replacing or refunding the order later.

2. Terms for Product Replacement

Products eligible for replacement include:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product sent
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) product
- Defective product
Buyers must report issues within 3 to 7 days from delivery via email or phone.

3. Unboxed Product Seal

If the product seal is opened and the product is in good working condition, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

4. Missing Parts or Accessories

Refund or replacement requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

5. Packaging Material

Buyers should keep the packaging material until the return window is closed. This ensures secure packaging for product transit.

6. Proper Packaging

Products should be packed the same way as received. Avoid tapes or glues directly on the product or its packaging, as this may cancel the return request.

7. Return of Accessories

All accessories delivered with the product must be returned in the same condition along with the product.

8. Service Requests

In addition to refunds, we offer service requests for:

  • Product repairs and replacements for damaged or defective items.
  • Technical support and assistance for product issues.

Our service team is dedicated to promptly addressing any product-related concerns.

9. Refund Process

- For payments via our payment gateway, refunds will be processed to the same account after deducting convenience fees.
- For BANK TRANSFER or COD orders, refunds will be credited to the buyer’s bank account.
- Refunds usually take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
